To Thermal Air Installation Team. In 2015 we purchased a new build property off the plan. Five LG split system units were purchased and installed by Thermal Air. I have the receipt/invoices. For the past 16 months they have not been working properly and we have had SK Air and LG to the property on numerous occasions. We have had the gas cylinders refilled under the permission of LG. They found the cylinders should hold 3.2lt but only had 1lt. They also found the pipes leaking oil. Please contact me to discuss it. Both companies have said it is an installation issue.
