Hi I am Sateesh. Owner of 2/464 Boronia Road, Wantirna Road. We have a Evaporative cooler installed by our builder Instep Designer Homes. We contacted Instep and they said its Thermal Air installed and contact them. Hence I am writing to you.

The issue is, the Evaporative cooler is not even powering ON.

Currently there are tenants. To visit the site, please call May at 0423 328 830. Please note they are from Thailand and English accent is slightly different. But she can understand English well. Texting is a good option as well..
